Do you have to have a license be a service technician in Heating and Air?
We are interested in starting a business servicing heating and air conditioners…do we need a Contractors License
Depends on the state you are in. In California, yes, all contractors are required to be licensed (you would need a C-20 specialty contractor license). Some states do not require contractors to be licensed, or only require certain trades to be licensed.
