the work done by the contractor poor, how they do fix it?
My cousin in California had an addition based on your house and paid the contractor reckomended is a long time friend. He did a poor job and does not return calls to fix things are not right. Who can file a complaint it to honor their contract? Or you can file a complaint? He hired different men every time I went there for no one to ask poor job. The stuck Out side is cracking, windows, paint, nail holes are not covered, without insulation in the roof vents, other things. Any help would be very appreacheated.
Tell your cousin to call a lawyer. Many times a letter from a lawyer will get results fast. At least, to begin filming the ball in what may eventually be a demand. Good luck with the situation in their cousins.
