As a sales contract for a private company, ¿I can pay others to generate leads for my business?
I'm selling a private contractor a business in California. I am not paid, but the commission and I just completed a 1099 tax form for my taxes. ¿I can pay others to generate leads to me legally? I can get a commission and pay them out of my commission. Need a 1099 and to report their taxes? I can ¿they are legally will the 1099 or my company? Or even necessary at all?
