IT contractor, limited liability company or an umbrella?
I have only one IT contract in London £ 425/day. At this rate, which sets: limited or umbrella company? What do you think is more effective tax or which would have increased net income? Thanks.
I use limited liability company, but is a bit of a pain to manage may have to register for VAT will not be tempted to just take the money and run.
