What does this shocking footage in Iraq say about us?

(before you watch the shocking video below)
Just put yourself in the Iraqi’s place, imagine that it’s happening in America and it’s your family, your wife & kids in cars being shot at in the streets

My question is not about blackwater (most blackwater soldiers are decent and responsible people) but about our own authorities, since by law 17 (which we applied to Iraqi government) Iraq law cannot prosecute any US contractors.
So it’s up to our authorities to prosecute. To date no US contractor has ever been prosecuted in Iraq, even for killing inoccent cilivians.

By our authorities not taking any action, What’s is say about our current policies on human rights, How is America viewed by rest of the world.

how do we have the authority to put contractors in Iraq above the law? No wonder they want us out of their country..
